Subject Description

Vocational Education and Training (VET) is an important educational pathway at Cardijn College and provide students with the practical and technical skills needed in the contemporary workplace. VET courses are part of national training packages, which are updated regularly in consultation with relevant industry bodies. They also follow a framework whereby all students are required to meet the same “competencies” in order to gain their qualification. Studying a VET course allows students to develop valuable skills and attributes in preparation for the transition from school into the workforce.
